To mark this year’s celebration of Menstrual Hygiene Day, Royalty World is organizing a 3-day workshop themed ‘It’s Time For Action‘.
The event is slated to take place from Thursday 28 to Saturday 30th May, 2 pm daily at Bolifamba neighborhood in the South West Region.
The workshop which is limited to 20 participants is aimed to help break the silence, looking beyond shame, stigma, taboos of menstruation, raise awareness and change negative social norms surrounding menstrual hygiene around the world.
Participants will be enlightened on topics like; vision, identity, and action towards your dream.
It is worth noting that every May 28, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, the private sector, the media, and individuals come together to celebrate and advocate for the importance of good menstrual hygiene management.
