A. Nangoh, with the birth name Andrew Nangoh Nganje, was born on the 17th of March 1993 in Buea. He hails from Bomaka Village in the Fako Division, Buea; South West Region of Cameroon.
A. Nangoh is an uprising Cameroonian gospel Singer, with Pastor Nicholas Asongtia and Mc Clo as his mentors. A. Nangoh is equally, a volunteer with the DRC Community Based Protection Committee (CBPC), and also a holder of a B. Sc in History from the Faculty of Arts, the University of Buea; which he obtained in 2019.
A. Nangoh started his journey into the music world when he first ministered/performed Frank Edward’s song Idi Ebube and from there he met Mc Clo who took him to the studio for collaboration and in 2015, they released a song titled “The Place“.
One of the major challenges he faces is the ability for people to Identify and support his music; even though unsigned, A. Nangoh stays positive and uses his available resources in propagating his music.
According to A. Nangoh, his individuality, expression, and originality make his art. He also says his artistic approach differs from others, the reason being that there’s just one version of his kind with all specialties reserved for God alone.
Amongst the many things he blesses God for, is his love relationship; although the artist did not give us further details regarding that.
A. Nangoh recalls September 2018 being one of the key moments in his musical journey whereby God confirmed Himself “as one who speaks with confirmation“. With this experience, A. Nangoh is ready to serve his audience with songs he conceived three years ago.
He has worked with Mr. K Mix, Sylo, DJ Gleny, King Ojage, Rochie Osvalin, Mc Clo, Rev ETA Benson, Hannah Ewune, Majory, Mr Eska, and many others.
According to A. Nangoh, Gospel music in Cameroon is great and it is greatly advancing in all ramifications. So far, he has worked with SUMMIT RRecords/Crew Launch, International Concert for Peace – Buea, Worship in His Presence, Light Gospel Music Ministry Launch/Concert.
As of the time of this publication, we have been informed that the uprising Cameroonian Gospel artist is currently working on his debut music video and a couple of projects.
